I am an Autism Specialist Mentor offering supportive mentoring to young people to build self-esteem, develop their potential and help them to grow as a person. Together we can explore and understand individual identity and forge plans for the future.

Specialising in working with late diagnosed girls through diagnosis acceptance including but not limited to; advice and discussion regarding masking, helpful strategies in daily life, confidence and self-esteem building, self-compassion, sensory issues, emotional health, autistic burnout, disclosure coaching.
